The terms behind every order.

These terms apply to every visitor to collettoforte.com and every order placed through it. Placing an order, or continuing to use the site after a change to these terms, means you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised, or once a cash on delivery order is verified by phone, and you receive a confirmation message. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a cash on delivery order can't be verified — in which case we'll refund any payment taken in full.

Card and bank transfer payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider at the time of order; we don't store full card details on our own servers. For cash on delivery, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect an order you've already placed. Shipping costs are additional and shown at checkout.

Colletto Forte sells ready to wear shirts only, cut to a fixed size chart based on collar measurement. We don't offer made to measure or bespoke cutting. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering; if a shirt doesn't fit, our exchange terms are set out in the Return Policy linked below.

Shipping timelines, costs, and our returns process are set out in full in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms. We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan only.

All text, photography, and design elements on this site belong to Colletto Forte or its licensors. You're welcome to share a link to our site or products; reproducing our content or images for commercial use requires our written permission.

We take reasonable care to ensure that every garment matches the description and specifications provided on our website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with an order will be limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between you and us will be subject to the applicable courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time, for instance to reflect a change in how we operate or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page; we encourage you to check back periodically.
