Wrap a soft tape around the base of your neck, at the height a buttoned collar sits, and add 1.5 cm for comfortable movement. That number is your collar size — it's the same one printed inside any well-fitting shirt you already own, so you can double-check it against a shirt that fits you well.

Not at the moment — every Colletto Forte shirt is ready-to-wear, cut to a fixed size chart built from real collar measurements rather than made to order. This keeps our fabric and construction consistent while keeping the price fair, since there's no cutting-and-fitting overhead to pass on.

Ready-to-wear shirts can be exchanged for a different collar size within 15 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached — your first size exchange is free. See our Return Policy for the full process.

All our fabric is imported, sourced from established mills abroad rather than cut locally.

It should. Our collars are built with a fused, multi-layer interlining rather than a glued one, so they're designed to hold a roll through a full day on their own. Starch is fine for a crisper finish, but it's a preference, not a requirement.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and hang to dry. Iron the collar first, from the underside, while it's still slightly damp — this is the single biggest factor in how long the roll lasts.

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, from our base in Karachi. If you're ordering from outside Pakistan, write to us and we'll let you know if we can arrange it.

Orders leave Karachi within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 days for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and 6–7 days for the rest of Pakistan. You'll get a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Absolutely! You can pay with cash when your order is delivered, anywhere in Pakistan.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Message us on WhatsApp or email collettoforte@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a size exchange. We'll arrange a courier pickup and confirm the next step.

Once your return is received and inspected, we process a refund to your original payment method (or bank transfer, for cash-on-delivery orders) within 2–3 business days.
