Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping charges, order processing, and receiving your garments. We make sure every order reaches you carefully and on time, anywhere in Pakistan.
Orders are picked, pressed, and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of purchase. During sale periods, processing can take up to 3 business days — we'll note this at checkout if it applies.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. As a guide:

Shipping charges are based on our standard delivery rates and may vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and courier service.
Delivery estimates run from the day an order ships, not the day it's placed. We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan only.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves our Karachi facility. Orders travel with our courier partners, and you can also request a status update anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.
We accept cash on delivery nationwide, alongside card payment and bank transfer at checkout. For cash-on-delivery orders, our courier partner may call to confirm the order before it's dispatched — please keep your phone reachable so your shipment isn't delayed.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, or your order arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp or write to collettoforte@gmail.com with your order number. We open a claim with the courier on your behalf and will reship or refund the affected item once it's resolved.
