Returns can be requested within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Once the returned item is received by us and checked, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Returned shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scent, with the original tags and hang-tag still attached. We ask that you try a shirt on over another layer, the same way you would in a fitting room, rather than wearing it out.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or altered stitching will be sent back to you rather than refunded.

• Shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items returned without the original tags attached.
• Requests made after the 7-day return window has closed.

If a shirt arrives with a manufacturing fault, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us to fix regardless of the window above — see the note under Exchanges below.

Message us on WhatsApp or email collettoforte@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address — there's no need to arrange your own return shipping.

For a different collar size in the same shirt, note this when you message us and we'll hold the new size for you while your return is in transit — no need to place a second order. Your first size exchange on an order is free; a return pickup fee may apply after that.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 2–3 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective garment, or damage during transit.
